The competition «Olympics-2018» in six kinds of sport was held at the institute

The competition «Olympics-2018» in six kinds of sport  between the 1-year students was held  at Ajiniyaz  Nukus state pedagogical institute, it was devoted to the holidays- the 27-th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan and «October 1 – Day of teachers and tutors».

The competitions of sports festival were held according to the assigned schedule every week in six kinds of sport- chess, basketball, handball, volleyball, mini-football and table tennis. The judges of sport competitions were experienced teachers-trainers of the faculty of Physical culture.

The results of the competitions were announced at the ceremonial meeting with the participation of the rector of the institute B.P.Otemuratov, vice-rectors, deans of the faculties and participants of sports festival.

The speakers of the meeting emphasized the importance of sports in the education of healthy young generation, and winning in competitions encourages them to look forward in future.

In the results of the competitions of sports festival totally there were 3 gold, 4 silver and 1 bronze medals, the students of the faculty of foreign languages became the winners having taken the 1-st place. The students of the faculty of pre-school and primary education have taken the 2-d place winning 3 gold and 2 bronze medals, the students of the faculty of Physics and Labour. Have taken the 3-d place, winning 2 gold and 5 silver medals.

The results of other faculties are the following:

The 4-th place. Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics – 1 gold, 1 silver, 3 bronze medals.

The 5-th place. Faculty of History and Geography – 1 gold, 1 silver, 2 bronze medals.

The 6-th place. Faculty of Pedagogics – 1 gold medal.

The 7-th place. Faculty of Philology – 2 bronze medals.

The 8-th place. Faculty of Chemistry and Biology – 1 bronze medal.

The winners of the competitions were awarded with diplomas, medals, cups and memorable gifts prepared by the institute rectorate and other organizations that work together with the institute and support sportsmen.
