On July 9, 2019 there was held a diploma awarding ceremony at Nukus State Pedagogical Institute named after A.Ajiniyaz  for young people who have successfully completed their bachelor and master degrees in academic year 2018-2019.

The ceremony was opened by vice-rector K.Kadirov.

There were participated the head of the fund “Nuraniy” Sh.Usnatdinov, the head of writers union of Karakalpakstan and national poet K.Karimov, head of republican department of spiritual and educational centre K.Yusupov, and also professor-teachers, graduates and their parents in this ceremony. Reporters have said about the history and place of the institute in the development of our republic, and about opportunities for young people who want to take knowledge and do research.

In academic year 2018-2019 Nukus State Pedagogical Institute graduates 1282 students on 22 bachelor directions and 32 masters on 8 specialties. There have been signed contracts with educational establishments of public education and industry to place the graduates in a job.

The students of the Institute take an active part in different republican and international festivals, competitions and tournaments. This academic year 4 students have won state scholarships,  combined volleyball team took a 1^st place in the women’s championship of Uzbekistan in September last year, a student of the faculty “Physical culture” Nabira Esenbaeva took a second place on free-style wrestling in international championship which was held in Trnava, Slovakia, the team “Turan” won a second place on the republican final stage.

“This academic year was very fruitful and effective for me. I took a part in different republican and international competitions and festivals and won prizes. As a result I was awarded a medal “For Labour Distinction” of Kazakhstan” – says a graduate of the direction Music Education  Nurmukhan Jubatkhanov.

This year on May 19-24 there was held  the final round of XXVI Uzbekistan Women’s Championship on volleyball among the teams of major league in Tashkent and the combined  team of volleyball players took the 1^st place in this championship and all members of the team were awarded a title “Master of Sports of Uzbekistan”.

A student of the direction Music Education Mukhammed Torebekov took a third place in International Folklore Festival which was organized in Termiz, Surkhandarya performing an epic poem.

The team of our Institute “Youth of Independence” was a winner of regional stage and took assignment for taking part in the final stage of competition “Cognitive tests” which was organized to develop students’ law knowledge and skills.

A student from  the direction Music Education Dinara Nuratdinova took part in IX international  folklore festival “Golden Boat” which has been held in the city Lodge, Poland from June 29 till July 6 and won the Grand Prix having performed national songs on dutar. 

At the end of the ceremony a lot of students and graduates were awarded with diplomas and prizes for their active participation in studies, scientific work and social life of the institute.
