On February 25, “Zhuweri Gurtik Day” was celebrated with great enthusiasm at the student dormitory of Nukus State Pedagogical Institute named after Ajiniyaz.

This event, organized in collaboration with the institute’s “Argonia” private-public partnership, featured the preparation of the traditional Karakalpak dish, Zhuweri Gurtik.

The event has become a cherished tradition, initiated three years ago by the dormitory director, Miywagul Kallibekova.
