Students of the direction “Musical Education” of Nukus State Pedagogical Institute – Mukhammed Torebekov and Adilbek Bakhtibaev were the winners of the prize “Nihol” which is organized to find talented young people, to encourage them supported by the president of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

This competition was held in Tashkent at the Palace “People’s Friendship” on August 29, the prize winners were awarded with diplomas and statuettes.

This year a prize winner Mukhammed Torebekov has taken a third place in the first international festival of bakhsi-narrators which was held in Termez in March. Adilbek Bakhtibaev is taking part in different competitions and festivals performing national legends and poems of zhiraus to develop and introduce it to the world.

Generally speaking six students of Nukus State Pedagogical Institute were the winners of the state prize “Nihol”. These achievements are the results of the realization of five initiatives of the president.
