On October 31 in the town Bukhara under the leadership of the international organization of Labour and the support of other organizations working with it there was held the regional stage of intellectual game “Zakovat”  for “Students’ Cup”, devoted to labour rights between all the higher educational institutions in Uzbekistan (including the branches of foreign higher educational institutions). Totally 16 teams from higher educational institutions from the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Khorezm, Navoiy and Bukhara, teams from 6 higher educational institutions of  Karakalpakstan and branches took part in it.

The game consisted of 3 parts, there were 12 questions in each part – totally 36 questions. The results of the game devoted to improvement of   knowledge and skills, the level of  logical thinking were the following: from the Republic of Karakalpakstan the team of Karakalpak state university took the 1-st place, the team of Nukus state pedagogical institute took the 3-d place, and the 2-d place was given to the team of Urgench state university.

At the basic stage of the game the number of balls collected by three teams was the same – 16 balls. So, there were given additional questions. A member of the institute’s team. Candidate for a masters degree Bakhtiar Bekmuratov says: “We were lack of quickness and adtroitness to answer the additional questions. We are happy that we’ve got a card of admission to final competition. We’re preparing for the finale and we’ll all our best to win”.

Thus, the teams that became the winners have got a card of admission to final competition that will be held on November 16 in Tashkent.
