Eshmuratov Rohat Artikbayevich was appointed by the order of the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation as a vice-rector for scientific affairs and innovations of Nukus State Pedagogical Institute named after Ajiniyaz.

Rohat Eshmuratov was born in Kungirot district of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, 1983.

He graduated bachelor’s degree at Nukus State Pedagogical Institute in 2004, and Karakalpak State University with a master’s degree in 2006. Candidate of biological sciences, associate professor.

In 2006-2009, he started working as an assistant at the department of Karakalpak State University, as a graduate student, intern-researcher, junior researcher at the Botanical Research and Production Center of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan, and continued work in several positions such as teacher and head of the educational affairs, head of the department at Nukus State Pedagogical Institute.

Prior to his appointment, he worked as the head of the Department of “Botany, Ecology and Teaching Methodology” at Nukus State Pedagogical Institute.
