In accordance with paragraph 17 of the Regulation, approved by Appendix No. 1 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated October 17, 2025, No. 656 “On Approving the Regulation on the Procedure for Organizing Tutoring Activities in Higher Educational Institutions,” the following qualification requirements are established in the process of hiring tutors at the Nukus State Pedagogical Institute named after Ajiniyaz:

possession of higher education (bachelor’s degree) (privileges are given to persons with academic degrees and academic titles);

not deprived of the right to education in accordance with the legislation;

a deep understanding of the methodology and practice of spiritual, educational, and upbringing work, possessing pedagogical and psychological knowledge and experience;

exemplary personal qualities, including being cultured, responsible, sociable, patriotic, and proactive;

Have independent decision-making skills.

Specialists who do not meet the requirements established by paragraph 17 of these Regulations are not appointed to the position of tutor.

Note: The institute currently does not have a vacant tutoring position.
